The world's first Android smartphone with a 1GHz Snapdragon chipset processor and clock speed was now announced by Acer. This fast smartphone was named as Acer Liquid A1. It is the first model of their liquid series as according to Acer.
The snapdragon processor for your information has the highest performance chipset for high definition resulution. The phone's HD-capable touch screen currently offers the best condition to view pictures and videos.
Acer holds back yet for specific technical details but promises to HSPA for fast browsing and camera with geotagging, ISO and autofocus. The addition of the exclusive Spinlet is also added for free streaming of music and video. The very common fast data connections are also integrated such as Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, HSDP and USB. The internal memory can be expanded via microSD card.
According to Acer, it has this "easy access to entertainment capability thus Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Picasa and Flickr are also integrated in the address book, notes on new content and status updates that occur amazingly in real time.
The camera quality is also quite good as it is provided with a 5 megapixels however flash functions are missing. The screen size measures 3.5 inches with a resolution of 800x400 pixels; touch sensitive.
